  • How do I make an appointment?

    Please call our team at 262-875-3304 to schedule your appointment.

  • Do you take walk-in appointments?

    We prefer that patients call our office to schedule an appointment in advance.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, our team is an in-network provider for a variety of major insurance plans, including Aetna PPO, Always Care, Ameritas, Anthem, Cigna, Delta Dental, GEHA, GEHA/Connection, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, and United Concordia. Additionally, although we may not be in-network with other insurance providers, please contact our office for a complimentary benefits review, as out-of-network benefits are often available.

  • Where do I park?

    We have convenient patient parking outside our practice. But if you have parking issues, please let us know.

  • What hours are you open?

    Here are our regular office hours. Please note that we’re closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

    Monday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
    Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
    Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
    Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

  • Do you have a membership savings plan/

    Yes, we do have two membership plans available for preventative care and periodontal care. The plans include a set amount of treatments, as well as a 15% discount on other additional services. Vist our dental membership plan page to learn more.

  • Do you provide dental care for children and teenagers?

    Yes, we do offer pediatric dental care to help protect the oral health of young patients.

  • How long will my appointment take?

    Since all patients have different needs, there typically isn’t a set timeline for appointments. Treatment times will depend on a variety of factors, including your personalized needs and what treatment is recommended.

  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?

    Please plan to arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This will help us ensure we have all of your patient information up to date.
